These Terms apply to all users, customers, message recipients, and visitors.
2. Description of Services
We provide digital communication and messaging services, including but not limited to:
SMS messaging (A2P and international where permitted)
WhatsApp Business messaging
Transactional, informational, reminder, support, and collections-related communications
Account notifications and customer service interactions
Messaging services may be delivered using third-party platforms, including Twilio and the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms.
3. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
You will only use the services for lawful purposes
You will not misuse the services for harassment, spam, deception, or unlawful activity
You may not use the services to transmit content that violates applicable law, carrier rules, or third-party platform policies.
4. Messaging Consent & Opt-In
4.1 Express Consent
By providing your phone number or WhatsApp contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from us, which may include:
Transactional or service notifications
Appointment or service reminders
Account updates
Billing or collections communications
Customer support responses
Consent must be freely given, informed, specific, and unambiguous, and may be obtained via web forms, written agreements, contracts, or recorded consent where legally permitted.
We do not send messages to purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested contact lists.
4.2 WhatsApp-Specific Opt-In
WhatsApp messages are sent only after explicit opt-in that clearly identifies:
Our business name
That messages will be sent via WhatsApp
The purpose of the messaging
Records of WhatsApp opt-in are retained and may be provided to Meta for audit or compliance review.
5. WhatsApp Messaging Rules
5.1 24-Hour Customer Service Window
Free-form WhatsApp replies are only sent within the 24-hour customer service window following a user-initiated message.
5.2 Approved Templates
Business-initiated WhatsApp messages sent outside the 24-hour window are delivered exclusively using Meta-approved message templates, as required by WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
6. SMS & A2P Messaging Compliance
We comply with applicable A2P SMS regulations in the United States and internationally, including:
Campaign registration and classification
Content transparency
Consent verification
Carrier filtering and enforcement
Message delivery is subject to carrier and regional restrictions and is not guaranteed.
7. Opt-Out & User Controls
Users may opt out of messaging at any time:

STOP, use platform controls, or block the number
Opt-out requests are honored promptly and permanently unless renewed consent is provided.
8. Prohibited Content
Use of our messaging services for the following is strictly prohibited:
Spam or unsolicited promotions
Harassment, hate speech, or threats
Fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
Illegal or prohibited goods or services
Content violating Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio, or carrier policies
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services at any time to comply with:
Platform enforcement actions
Carrier or provider requirements
Legal or regulatory obligations
Termination may occur without prior notice where required.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
